I chose this page because of its tips for comprehension
strategy. The author talks about how important it is for students to understand
what they read, instead of just being able to read the words. There are five
sections in this article, which have suggestions for teaching students to make
predictions, visualize, ask and answer questions, retell and summarize and
connecting the text to prior knowledge, other text, and life experience. Underneath
each strategy, the author tells us of the strategy and how it can helps with
comprehension.
